The accused submits that he has not engaged any counsel as he is a poor person.
At his oral request the previous cost imposed upon him stand waived.
Accused is directed to file personal bonds and surety bonds in sum of Rs.40,000/-
each. Surety to appear on the NDOH.
Since the present offence is bailable in nature, the accused is admitted to bail subject
to furnishing of personal bonds.
Ld. counsel for the accused further submits that he has not received copy of
complaint and annexed documents.
Ld. counsel for the complainant is directed to do the needful forthwith on the

The accused submits that he is a poor person and that legal representation may be
provided to him as he is unable to afford a counsel. He is guided about the provisions of
free legal aid and is directed to DLSA, PHC, New Delhi .
Let a copy of this order be sent to DLSA, PHC, New Delhi for necessary information
and action as per rules.
Since the accused is not accompanied with a counsel today, the matter is adjourned
for today .
Put up for framing of notice on 21.02.2026.
