Ld. counsel for the complainant submits that she is newly engaged in the matter and has
filed her vakalatnama on the email ID of the court . Same be taken on record.
An application for substitution of AR, fresh Board Resolution and received on the e-mail ID
of the court. Same be taken on record.
For the reasons mentioned therein, application is allowed.
AR stands substituted. Original documents, if any, in favour of former AR, be returned as per
rules.
Ld. counsel for the complainant is directed to furnish the evidence affidavit executed by new
AR by the NDOH.
BWs received back duly executed.
Matter has been taken up twice, however, no one has appeared on behalf of accused.
Be awaited for appearance of accused at 12.30 pm .
At 12.30 pm
NBWs be issued against the accused on filing of PF within 07 days from today. Process be
executed through SHO concerned.
Put for report/ appearance of accused on 20.08.2025.
