1. The cognizance of the offence is already taken by the Virtual Court
and a fine was proposed for summary disposal of case as per section 208 of the
Motor Vehicles Act, 1988. The violator has exercised option to contest the challan
on web portal of virtual traffic courts and the challan is transferred to this court for
further adjudication as per law.
2. Let summons be issued through ACP Traffic, Delhi to the violator
to appear through VC or through appropriate channel. Also, summons be issued to
violator through whatsapp and e-mail address. Summons shall contain video
conferencing link https://districtcourtdelhi.webex.com/meet/dtc02-nd. to enable
violator to appear virtually.
3. Let the summons have a specific direction that the violator needs to
appear with all the relevant documents as well as the vakalatnama in case the
appearance through an advocate/counsel on the date of hearing.
Put up for further proceedings and appearance of violator on
30.09.2026.
