Ld. Counsel for complainant submits that liquidation
order has been passed qua accused no.1 in NCLT proceedings filed
under Section 9 of the IBC.
Same has been verified by Ld. Counsel for accused no.2.
Ld. Counsel for complainant is directed to furnish the
copy of the liquidation order on the email ID of this Court during the
course of the day.
Perusal of the order need some more time.
In view of the same, matter is adjourned for the day.
Put up for further orders on 30.10.2023.
Both the parties are directed to appear physically at
remote point at Patiala House Courts, New Delhi.
