accused no. 1 company in NCLT proceedings filed u/s 9 of IBC, physically with the
court staff.

Let the application for stay of proceedings qua accused no. 1 company
be filed by the accused on the NDOH positively with advance copy to the opposite
side.
Further, Ld. Counsel for accused no. 2 submits that the proceedings qua
accused no. 2 have been stayed by Hon’ble Hight Court of Delhi in RL.M.C.
7583/2023.
The order passed by the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, staying the matter
has been shared on the email id of this court.

In compliance of order dated 16.10.2023, passed by Hon’ble High Court
of Delhi in RL.M.C. 7583/2023, the proceedings qua accused no. 2 are stayed till
NDOH.
Further, Ld. Counsel for accused no. 3 and 4 submits that some time may
be given to furnish bail bonds qua accused no. 3 and 4 and for moving an application
u/s 145 (2) of NI Act for cross-examination of the AR of the complainant as
complainant witness.
At request, time is granted.
Put up for appearance of accused persons/further orders on 22.02.2024.
PA is directed to upload the orders as per rules.
