The matter is at the stage of framing of notice/consideration on bail
bonds.
Ld. Counsel for accused no 2 submits that he will move an application
for personal exemption on the official email id of the Court during the course of
the day.
Personal exemption application an behalf of accused number 2 is taken
on record.
Same is allowed for today only.
Ld. Counsel for accused no 3 and 4 submits that he will move an
application for personal exemption on the official email id of the Court during the
course of the day.
Same is awaited.
Application for personal exemption has been moved on behalf of
accused no 3 and 4.
Perusal of the application shows that no cogent reasons are made out
therefore, application for personal exemption on behalf of accused number 3 and 4 is
not allowed.

Accordingly, Issue bailable warrants against the accused in sum of
Rs. 20,000/- with one surety of like amount on filing of PF/RC, through SHO
concerned, for the next date.
Re-notify for report on warrants/appearance of the accused
persons/further proceedings on 03.12.2022.
