Present: AR of the complainant with Ld. Counsel Sh. Rajat Bhalla.
Accused no. 3 with Ld. counsel Sh. Sagar Bhatia and Sh. Ekant
Luthra.
An application seeking exemption from personal appearance is
moved on behalf of accused no. 2 however the same is not supported with any
document. Same is allowed for today only subject to furnishing of medical
documents on or before NDOH failing which a cost of Rs. 5000/- shall be
imposed upon the accused to be paid to the complainant.
Ld. Counsel for the accused persons acknowledges that accused
persons have received copy of complaint and seeks some time to file
vakalatnama on behalf of all the accused persons. It is also apprised that one of
the Director will be representing the company i.e. accused no. 1. Relevant
document in this regard be filed.
Since, offence under consideration is bailable offence, therefore,
accused no. 3 is admitted to bail subject to furnishing of Personal Bond and
Surety Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- each. Personal Bond is furnished. Same is
accepted by court till NDOH subject to furnishing of surety bonds.
Accused persons are directed to remain present on NDOH
Put up for appearance of accused persons/furnishing surety
bonds/framing of notice on 06.12.2022.
