Mohd. Sarfaraj, Proxy counsel for the accused.
The proxy counsel for the accused has sought an oral exemption on behalf
of accused as the accused is out of India.
It is to be noted that same submission has been made on many previous
dates and on the LDOH, last opportunity was granted to the accused to make the balance
payment. He was also strictly directed to appear today in the court.
It is apparent that accused is evading the process of law and his presence
can only be secured through coercive measures.
NBWs be issued against the accused on filing of PF within 07 days from
today. Process be executed through SHO concerned.
Put up for report/ appearance of accused and further proceedings on
16.12.2024.
PA is directed to do updation of the case and upload the order as per rules.
