of this court is on leave. Shorter dates are not given on account of heavy
pendency.
Present: Sh. Daleep Singh, Ld. Counsel for complainant with complainant.
Accused produced from JC ( on bail in this matter).
Matter is fixed for CE today.
On the LDOH the accused had submitted that he does not intend to
proceed with Legal Aid Counsel and wishes to engage a counsel on his own.
However, the accused has appeared unrepresented today and submits that he
wishes to get Legal Aid from DLSA again.
The accused further submits that he has not received a copy of the
complaint.
Ld. Counsel for complainant submits that he has already supplied
the copy of the complaint to the previous counsel for the accused. However, In
the interest of justice, the Ld. Counsel for complainant is directed to supply
the fresh copy of the complaint to the accused on the NDOH.
Put up for compliance on 23.07.2025.
Since the accused is unrepresented, CE cannot be conducted today.
The complainant is exempted from appearing on the NDOH till the LAC
comes on record.
Copy of this order be sent to DLSA, PHC NDD, ND for perusal
and necessary action.
