Present: Complainant in person.
The report has been filed by the ahlmad stating that
the file of the present case has not been received from the Ld.
MM Sh. Sahil Monga, Digital Court, Patiala House Courts, New
Delhi.
Perusal of the order sheet uploaded on the CIS
shows that vide order dated 09.12.2022, the present case was
transferred from the court of Ld. MM Sh. Sahil Monga, Digital
Court, Patiala House Courts to this court and ahlmad was
directed to send the file to the transferee court well within time.
However, the file has not been received by the ahlmad of this
court as reported by him.
This prima facie amounts to dereliction of duties and
obstruction in administration of justice. Accordingly, I hereby
issue show cause notice to the ahlmad of Ld. MM Sh. Sahil
Monga, Digital Court, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi to show
cause why the matter should not be reported to Ld. Principal
District & Sessions Judge, PHC, New Delhi District to initiate
disciplinary proceedings against him.
Reply, if any, be filed by the erring official within 3
days from today duly forwarded by his Ld. Presiding Officer,
failing which, it shall be presumed that the said erring official
does not wish to say anything on the show cause.
