Sh. Bakul Jain, Ld. Counsel for accused no. 3, 4 and 5.
Offence being bailable in nature accused no. 3 and 5 is admitted to Court
bail, subject to furnishing bail bond/ surety bond in sum of Rs 50,000/- each with one
surety of like amount. It is submitted that no sound surety is available today. Personal
bonds along with proper bonds be furnished on the NDOH.
Ld. Counsel for accused has submitted that the accused no. 4 has passed
away.
The Ld. Counsel for complainant submitted that accused no. 4. Mr.
Rajeev Narda has passed away. In view of the same issue court notice to SHO
concerned to verify the factum of death of accused and file the report in this regard
on the NDOH. SHO concerned is also directed to ensure that the statement of at least
two witnesses are recorded and a copy of the death certificate if available is also filed
along with the report.
Additionally the complainant is also directed to take necessary steps to
verify the death of accused and apprise the court on the NDOH.
Put up for furnishing of bail bonds/framing of notice on 04.07.2025.
