Ld. counsel for the accused submits that one SLP which is pending in the Supreme
Court of India has stayed all the matters in respect of which the banks have initiated
proceedings against the borrowers/home buyers .
Ld. counsel for the accused is directed to furnish the relevant order by the NDOH.
Put up for framing of notice / further proceedings on 11.07.2025.
PA is directed to do updation of the case and upload the order as per rules.
