Ld. Counsel for complainant has placed on record the copy of
complaint sent to the concerned ACP and the concerned DCP.
Perused. Heard.
The present complaint is accompanied with an application u/s
156(3) Cr.P.C. In view of the submissions made by Ld. Counsel, let ATR
be filed by IO/SHO, PS R.K Puram. IO/SHO PS R.K Puram is directed to
file action taken report stating the following without fail on the NDOH.
1. Whether any complaint has been made/received by the complainant in
the police station.
2. If yes, whether any action has been taken on the said complaint.
3. Whether as a result of investigation /inquiry, any cognizable offence has
been made out against the accused persons and whether any action has been
taken by the police.
4. If yes, whether any FIR has been registered and status of investigation.
5. If no cognizable offence has been made out, whether the complainant has
been informed accordingly.
Copy of this order be sent along with notice.
It is clarified that the ATR be filed on the above points only and the
non-compliance of the same shall be viewed seriously.
ATR be called for 17.01.2023.
