Present: Sh. Arvind Kumar Jha, Ld. counsel for the complainant.
Sh. Gulshan Bhadana, Ld. counsel for the accused along with accused.
This is a consolidated order in all the above captioned matters.
Matter is fixed for CE.
Ld. counsel for the complainant submits that AR has left the company and the
complainant company is in the process of appointing a new AR. He requests for an
adjournment. Not objected to by the opposite side.
At request, adjournment is granted for today only, however no adjournment
shall be granted on NDOH.
At this stage, an application for substitution of AR and fresh Board Resolution
filed. Same be taken on record.
For the reasons mentioned therein, application is allowed.
AR stands substituted. Original documents, if any, in favour of former AR, be
returned as per rules.
Ld. counsel for the complainant is directed to file fresh evidence affidavit of
the new AR with an advance copy to the opposite side.
Put up for purpose fixed on 11.01.2024 at 2 PM.
PA is directed to do updation of the case and upload the order as per rules.
