matter has been called twice. However, no one has appeared on behalf of the accused.
Ld. counsel for the complainant submits that only four installments were paid by the accused
and the remaining 8 installments has not been paid as yet.
He reuqests t hat the matter be proceeded on merits.
It is to be noted that NBWs issued against the accused were stayed on 20.05.2024 .
be awaited for appearance of accused at 12.30 pm

It is apparent that accused is evading the process of law and his presence can only be secured
through coercive measures.
NBWs be issued against the accused on filing of PF within 07 days from today. Process be
executed through SHO concerned.
Put up for report/ appearance of accused and further proceedings on 28.08.2025.
PA is directed to do updation of the case and upload the order as per rules.
