Matter taken up through hybrid hearing.
Present : Sh. Raveesh Thukral, Ld. Counsel for the
complainant through VC.
Summons received back unserved with the report
‘insufficient address’. Complainant is directed to file fresh
address/ furnish better particulars of the accused including the
house number, nearest landmark, father's name of the accused,
telephone number and email id of the accused, if any. In the
event, fresh/complete address of the accused is not available, the
complainant is directed to furnish an affidavit stating that the
address mentioned in the complaint is the last known address of
the accused and the complainant has verified the address of the
accused.
Let fresh summons be issued to the accused subject
to furnishing of abovementioned details through all permissible
modes on filing of PF within 2 weeks from today, returnable on
28.02.25. In case the house of the accused is found to be locked,
process server is directed to affix the summons on a conspicuous
place. Summons be also sent through speed post and internet
generated tracking report of summons sent through speed post be
placed on record by NDOH. Complainant is directed to file PF
and to provide copy of complaint to the accused failing which the
complaint may be dismissed U/s. 204(4) Cr.P.C.
