None for accused.
An application for substitution of AR, fresh Board Resolution and PSE
Affidavit executed by the new AR received on the e-mail ID of the court. Same be taken on
record.
For the reasons mentioned therein, application is allowed.
AR stands substituted. Original documents, if any, in favour of former AR, be
returned as per rules.
Ld. counsel for the complainant has also filed an affidavit of fresh address on
the e-mail ID of the court. Same be taken on record. He submits that the fresh address is
common for accused no.1, 2 and 3.
At request, last and final opportunity is granted to furnish fresh address of
accused no.4 within 2 weeks.
Fresh summons be issued against accused no.1 to 4 at fresh address in
terms of the last order through all modes upon filing of PF within 07 days.
Put up for report/appearance of accused and further proceedings on
08.01.2024.
PA is directed to do updation of the case and upload the order as per rules.
