Ld. counsel for the complainant submits that he needs some more time to file an
alternate address of accused no.4/physically verify the existing address and file an
appropriate affidavit in that regard. Heard and granted by way of last and final opportunity.
Let cost of Rs.1000/- be imposed on the complainant to be paid to the DLSA, PHC, NDD.
Receipt of the same be filed on the e-mail ID of the court.
Ld. counsel for the complainant submits that inadvertently dasti summons could not be
collected and request for one more opportunity to collect the same and file the delivery report
by the NDOH. Heard and allowed subject to last and final opportunity.
Fresh summons be issued to accused no.1, 2, 3 and 4 in terms of the last order
through all modes upon filing of PF within 07 days. Complainant is at liberty to get the service
of the summons done at his end also through all permissible modes. Dasti summons allowed.
Put up for report/appearance of accused and further proceedings on 23.09.2025.
PA is directed to do updation of the case and upload the order as per rules.
