Ld. counsel for the complainant submits that he is newly engaged in the matter and
unertakes to file his vakaltnama during the course of day.
He submits that AR has left the company and requests for sometime to file the
relevant application in this regard. Heard and allowed subject to filing of same within one
week from today.
BWs received back unexecuted with the report “ wife of accused informed that the
accused only visits sometimes and she does not know his current whereabouts”.
Matter has been taken up twice, however, no one has appeared on behalf of the
accused.
Complainant is directed to file an alternate address/ physically verify the existing
address and file an appropriate affidavit in that regard within 15 days.
Fresh BW be issued upon filing of PF within 7 days and the same be now executed
through DCP concerned.
Copy of this ordersheet be sent to DCP concerned for necessary action.
Put up for report/appearance of accused and further proceedings on 15.11.2025.
PA is directed to do updation of the case and upload the order as per rules.
