Present: Sh. Shio Kumar, Ld. counsel for the complainant.
Sh. Keshav Mudgil, Ld. counsel for the accused.
Ld. counsel for the accused submits that he is newly engaged in the matter and
has filed his vakalatnama on the e-mail ID of the court. Same be taken on record. He seeks
sometime to file bail bonds.
Ld. counsel for the accused has filed an exemption application on behalf of
accused on the e-mail ID of the court. Same be taken on record. For the reason mentioned
therein, exemption is granted for today only, however no exemption shall be granted on
NDOH. Accused is strictly directed to appear on NDOH.
Accused is directed to file personal bonds and surety bonds in sum of
Rs.40,000/- each. Surety to appear on NDOH.
Ld. counsel for the accused further submits that he has not received copy of
complaint and annexed documents.
Ld. counsel for the complainant is directed to do the needful forthwith on the

Put up for compliance, exploring the possibility of settlment and further
proceedings on 28.08.2024.
