Ld. counsel for the complainant submits that she has filed the affidavit of service of
the delivery of the summons on the e-mail ID of the court. Same be taken on record.
The reader is directed to upload the same on layers as per rules.
Perusal of affidavit shows that summons are duly served on the accused no.1 via
whatsapp and email.
Despite service none has appeared.
Report of BWs is awaited.
Matter has been taken up twice, however, no one has appeared on behalf of accused
and the report is still awaited.
Fresh BWs be issued against accsued no 2 and 3 in terms of the last order upon
filing of PF within 07 days.
Put up for report/appearance of accused and further proceedings on 27.11.2025.
PA is directed to do updation of the case and upload the order as per rules.
