Present: Ms. Aashna Madan, Ld. counsel for the complainant.
Sh. Jaspreet Singh, Ld. counsel for the accused no.2 along with accused no.2.
Matter is fixed for appearance of accused.
Ld. counsel for the accused undertakes to file his vakalatnama and bail bonds
during the course of the day.
Accused is directed to file personal bonds and surety bonds in sum of
Rs.20,000/- each. Surety to appear on the NDOH.
Since the present offence is bailable in nature, the accused is admitted to bail
subject to furnishing of personal bonds.
Ld. counsel for the accused submits that he is yet to take instructions regarding
scope of settlement.
Ld. counsel for the complainant requests for one opportunity to file an
alternate address/ physically verify the existing address of accused no.1 and 3 and file an
appropriate affidavit in that regard within 15 days. Heard and granted by way of last and
final opportunity, failing which adverse view shall be taken.
Fresh summons be issued against accused no.1 and 3 in terms of the last
order upon filing of PF within 15 days
Put up for report/appearance of accused and further proceedings on
05.08.2024.
PA is directed to do updation of the case and upload the order as per rules.
