Summons against accused no.1 and 3 received back unserved with the report “company closed one year ago/no such person”. Matter has been taken up twice, however, no one has appeared on behalf of the accused. Complainant is directed to file an alternate address/ physically verify the existing address of accused no.1 and 3 and file an appropriate affidavit in that regard within 15 days. Fresh summons be issued against accused no.1 and 3 in terms of the last order upon filing of PF within 15 days. It is apparent that despite having knowledge of the summons, the accused no.2 is deliberately avoiding his appearance before this court, therefore, issue BWs against the accused no.2 in sum of Rs.20,000/- with one surety of like amount on filing of PF within 07 days from today. The process be executed through SHO concerned. Put up for report/ appearance of accused and further proceedings on 01.02.2024.
