None for the accused.
Ld. counsel for the complainant submits that she has deposited the previous
cost into the DLSA and has filed the receipt on the e-mail ID of the court.
Ahlmad is directed to upload the same on Layers.
Ld. counsel for the complainant submits that inadvertently dasti summons
could not be collected and request for one more opportunity to collect the same and file the
delivery report by the NDOH. Heard and allowed subject to last and final opportunity.
Ld. counsel for the complainant submits that he needs some more time to file
an alternate address/physically verify the existing address and file an appropriate affidavit in
that regard. Heard and granted by way of last and final opportunity.
In case steps are not taken by the NDOH, the matter shall be dismissed.
Fresh summons be issued in terms of the last order dated 09.07.2024 through
all modes upon filing of PF within 07 days. Complainant is directed to get the service of the
summons done at his end also through all permissible modes. Dasti summons allowed.
Put up for report/appearance of accused and further proceedings on
03.03.2026.
PA is directed to do updation of the case and upload the order as per rules.
