Matter is at the stage of CE.
Case received by way of transfer.
It is submitted by Ahlmad that the Ahlmad of the concerned court has not
submitted the complete file.
Therefore, party/concerned Ahlmad of the transferer court is directed to
submit the complete file atleast 7 days before NDOH against receipt.
Ahlmad is directed to check the complete file, document, ordersheet etc.
while receiving the file of the transferer court.
Substitution of AR application is filed. Let copy be supplied to the opposite
side as and when he appears. Substitution is allowed only w.r.t. the change of AR but
with no change in facts and documents and with further condition that the previous cross
examination will be adopted and further cross examination will be conducted from the
last cross.
It is clarified that this last and final opportunity to lead/cross CE else right
will be closed.
Both the parties are directed to appear in person physically on the NDOH.
Put up for CE on 02.06.2026.
