Present: Sh. Anil Rakhra, Ld. counsel for the complainant along with AR.
Sh. Aneesh Kumar, Sales Executive of accused no.1 company.
Matter is fixed for further cross examination of AR.
Sh. Aneesh Kumar requests for adjournment stating that the counsel is
indisposed. No reason as such is forthcoming for the absence of accused. Accused no.1 and
2 are collectively imposed a cost of Rs.2,000/- to be paid to the complainant today itself.
It is noted that accused was given last and final opportunity to cross examine
the AR for complainant.
In the interest of justice, one more opportunity is granted to the accused to
cross examine the AR on the NDOH, failing which right shall stand closed.
It is to be noted that if the accused remains absent even on the NDOH, adverse
view shall be taken.
Put up for purpose fixed on 04.10.2023 at 2 PM.
PA is directed to do updation of the case and upload the order as per rules.
