Present: Sh. Anupam Singh, Ld. counsel for the complainant.
None for accused.
Ld. counsel for the complainant has filed amended memo of parties on the e-
mail ID of the court. Same be taken on record.
Summons against accused no.1 received back unserved with the report “no
such company(1st address) and vacated the premises long time ago(2nd address)”.
Report of summons against accsued no.2 is awaited.
Matter has been taken up twice, however, no one has appeared on behalf of
accused.
Complainant is directed to file an alternate address of accused no.1/ physically
verify the existing address and file an appropriate affidavit in that regard within 15 days.
Fresh summons be issued against accused no.1 and 2 (Pushpinder Singh) in
terms of the last order through all modes upon filing of PF within 15 days.
Put up for report/appearance of accused and further proceedings on
21.11.2023.
PA is directed to do updation of the case and upload the order as per rules.
