PHC, NDD, ND.
Perusal of record shows that the file is not complete and the previous order
sheets have not been annexed with the file.
Ahlmad concerned is directed to produce the complete file with order sheets
before this court on the NDOH.
The complainant is directed to assist the Ahlmad concerned with the
completion of records.
Ld. Counsel for accused is directed to furnish the bail bonds and file the reply
to the application u/sec 143 A NI Act by the NDOH.
Previous cost of Rs.2,500/- stands paid to the complainant in open Court
today.
At joint request, put up for CE on 28.03.2026 at 11:30 AM.
Both the parties are directed to be physically present on the NDOH for
recording of evidence. Failure to comply with the same will lead to adverse action against
the defaulting party.
Date is given at the convenience of both the parties. No further adjournment
shall be granted.
