Long date is given because this court has pendency of over 33000+
cases.
Present: Sh. Shubham Singh, ld. counsel for the complainant.
Matter is at the stage of appearance of accused.
Case received by way of transfer.
It is submitted by Ahlmad that the Ahlmad of the concerned court has
not submitted the complete file.
Therefore, party/concernedAhlmad of the transferer court is
directed to submit the complete file atleast 7 days before NDOH against receipt.
Ahlmad is directed to check the complete file, document,
ordersheet etc. while receiving the file of the transferer court.
BW issued agasinstg the accused received back unexecuted with
the report that accused has left the address 8 years ago.
Perusal of the record shows that postal tracking report of due
delivery of legal notice is not found on record.
Complainant is also given an opportunity to file fresh address of
accused alongwith affidavit of physical verification alongwith Google location
of verification and photographs of the house.
Put up for appearance of the accused on 30.11.2027.
