Present: Sh. Anuj Gupta, Ld. Counsel for complainant through VC.
Matter is fixed for appearance of accused.
Despite repeated calls, none has appeared on behalf of the accused.
Accordingly, let BWs be issued against the accused in the sum of Rs.5,000/-
with one surety in like amount on filing of PF within 15 days from today.
BWs be executed through SHO concerned.

At this stage, the accused has entered appearance. Accused submits that he
has already paid the cheque amount and in fact the complainant owes him Rs.1,50,000/- for
which the complainant has stated that the same amount shall be adjusted against future
orders.
The accused submits that he is still willing to pay some nominal litigation
charges to settle the present matter.
In view of the submissions made, BWs stand cancelled.
Put up for date already fixed i.e. 22.05.2026 at 12:00 PM.
Time is fixed at the convenience of the accused.
