Sh. Sameer Bhatnagar, Ld. counsel for the accused along with accused.
Accused submits that due to some personal difficulty, he could not appear on
LDOH. He is strictly directed to be regular in future, failing which adverse view shall be
taken.
Matter is fixed for SA.
Statement of accused u/s 313 CrPC r/w Section 281 CrPC recorded.
Accused has opted to lead DE.
Ld. counsel for the accused undertakes to file application u/s 315 CrPC on the
NDOH.
Ld. counsel for the complainant submits that he has no objection if the oral
application u/s 315 CrPC is allowed.
In view of the submissions, oral application u/s 315 CrPC is allowed.
Put up for DE on 19.10.2023 at 2 PM. Date is given at the convenience of
both the parties. It is to be noted that no adjournment shall be granted on NDOH.
PA is directed to do updation of the case and upload the order as per rules.
