Fresh complaint case has been received by way of assignment. Same has been
checked and registered.
Present: Ld. counsel for the complainant.
This is a consolidated order in all the above captioned matters.
The complainant has been apprised of the requirement to submit the
complete original documents (in physical form) of the case including the dishonoured
cheque, return memo, demand notice, dispatch receipt, service of proof, reply, if any
etc. apart from physical signed original complaint, its supporting affidavit and attested
affidavit of pre-summoning evidence with the Reader-cum-Ahlmad of this Court.
Deposit of these documents being pre-requisite for taking cognizance in the present
case. The complainant is directed to submit the mandatory Meta-Data form which is
available on the website of Digital Court i.e. delhidistrictcourts.nic.in/
DigitalNIActCourtsProjectImplementationGuidelines.pdf.
Ld. counsel submits that inadvertently he did not file reply of the legal
demand notice and he requests to allow the filing of the same by the next date of
hearing.
