Dinesh Yadav, Ld. counsel for the complainant along with complainant. Perusal of the case documents reflects that the drawer of cheque in dispute is “Signature Consultants”, however relation between the same and the proposed accsued is not mentioned. Ld. counsel for the complainant submits that proposed accused is the proprietor of Signature Consultants and inadvertently the same was not mentioned in the documents. He requests for one opportunity to file an amended memo of parties. Heard and granted. He is also directed to file GST registration certificate of the said proprietorship firm by the NDOH. He is also directed to file fresh bank return memo with sign and stamp of the concerned bank official. Perusal of the case documents further reflects that the present complaint is barred by limitation. Ld. counsel for the complainant submits that the complaint was filed within the limitation period, however certain objections were raised which caused the delay. He is directed to file e-filing history of the case by the NDOH. Put up for compliance and further proceedings on 09.11.2022.
