Present: Sh. Adarsh Sharma, Ld. counsel for the complainant.
Sh. Mohit Bhardwaj, Ld. counsel for the accused along with accused.
Matter is fixed for appearance of accused.
An application for cancellation of BWs has been received on the ground that
the accused was not aware about the proceedings of the present case, hence could not appear
before this court on the LDOH. Submissions heard and record perused.
Accused undertakes that he shall appear on each and every date in future. Ld.
counsel also gives his undertaking to let the accused appear on each and every date in
future. Heard.
Taking a lenient view in the present matter and in view of the submissions
made, BWs issued against the accused Manish Manohar Lingayat are hereby stayed.
Ld. counsel for the accused submits that he is newly engaged in the present
matter and Fresh vakalatnama on behalf of accused received on the e-mail ID of the court.
Same be taken on record.
Accused is directed to file personal bonds and surety bonds in sum of
Rs.20,000/- each. Surety to appear on the NDOH.
Since the present offence is bailable in nature, the accused is admitted to bail
subject to furnishing of personal bonds.
Ld. counsel for the accused further submits that he has not received copy of
complaint and annexed documents.
Ld. counsel for the complainant is directed to do the needful forthwith on the

Put up for compliance, exploring the possibility of settlment and further
proceedings on 06.09.2024.
