Ld. counsel for the accused no 2 and 4 and the counsel for accused n o3 submit that
they have not received the copy ofthe fresh evidence affiavit executed by new AR as yet .
Ld. counsel for the complainant submits to the contrary . Be that as may, Ld.
counsel for the complainant is directed to furnish the copy of the same forthwith to the opposite
side.
Ld. counsel for the accused no 2 and 4 has still not taken steps for furnishing the
relevant ROC documents showing that accused n o1 has already been resolved despite
sufficient opportunities. Previous cost of rs1000 /- also not deposited in DLSA. Further Let
cost of Rs.1000/- to be imposed on the accused no 2 and 4 to be paid in DLSA. PHC, ND
Receipt of the same be filed on the email Id of the court by NDOH.
If steps are not taken by the NDOH adverse view shall be taken.
Previous cost also not paid by accused no 3 to the complainant. Same be directed to
be paid forthwith failing which adverse view shall be taken.
Both the sides are strictly directed to appear in person on next date of hearing failing
which an adverse view shall be taken.
Put up for CE on 02.07.2025.
PA is directed to do updation of the case and upload the order as per rules.
