Ld. counsel for the complainant requests for sometime to furnish the evidence affidavit executed by
new AR. Heard and allowed subject to filing of the same duringthe course of the day.
Ld. counsel for the accused confirms receivingthe copy of the same.
Ld. counsel for the accused no.2 and 4 submits that he is newly engaged in the matter and had filed
his vakaltnama on the email Id o fthe court. Same be taken on record.
He requests for some more time to furnish the relevant documents of ROC in compliance of the order
dated 24.05.2023. Heard and allowed subject to cost of Rs.1000/- on accused no.2 and 4 to be paid in
DLSA. Receipt of the same be filed on the e-mail ID of the court.
Matter has been called twice. However, no one has appeared on behalf of the accused no.3. Let cost
of Rs.2000/- to be imposed on the accused to be paid to the complainant on the NDOH.
Both parties are strictly directed to appear in person on next date of hearing failing which an adverse
view shall be taken.
Put up for CE on 07.03.2025.
