Sh. Bharat Sharma, Ld. Counsel for accused no. 2 and 4 alongwith
accused no. 2 and 4.
Accused no. 3 in person.
Counsel for the complainant requests for an adjournment due to a
personal exigency.
Counsel for the accused no. 2 and 4 requests for one more opportunity to
furnish thew relevant documents of the ROC in compliance of the last order. Heard
and allowed subject to filing of the same by the next date of hearing failing which
adverse view shall be taken as sufficient opportunities have already been granted. He also
submits that he is newly engaged in the matter and undertakes to file his vakalatnama during
the course of the day.
Counsel for the complainant is directed to furnish the copy of fresh
affidavit executed by the new AR forthwith.
In view of the submissions made matter is adjourned for 16.11.2024.
PA is directed to do updation of the case and upload the order as per
rules.
