Ld. counsel for the complainant submits that the copy of the evidence affidavit has
been supplied to opposite side.
Counsel for accused no 2 and 4 and counsel for accused no .3 confirm receiving the
same.
Ld. counsel for the accused no 2 and 4 submits that he has filed an application for
waiver of previous cost on the email ID of the court. Same be taken on record.
Ld. counsel for the accused no.3 also orally requests for the waiver of the cost.
Heard.
In view of the submission made and in the interest of justice the cost imposed on the
accused no.2 , 3 and 4 on the LDOH stands waived.
Ld. counsel for the accused no. 2 and 4 submits that the relevant documents
pertaining to the ROC have been supplied to the counsel for the complainant .
Ld. counsel for the complainant confirms receiving the same.
It is jointly submitted that the accused no 1 company has been struck out from the
ROC and sometime may be granted to apprise the court with respect to status of the OL
appointed. Heard and allowed.
Put up for further proceedings on 27.10.2025.
PA is directed to do updation of the case and upload the order as per rules.
