Ld. counsel for the complainant submits thathe has filed the tracking report of
the delivery of the summons on the e-mail ID of the court. Same be taken on record.
Physical copy of the same be furnished within due time.
Reader is directed to upload the same on LAYERS as per rules.
Perusal of the tracking report shows that summons are unserved on the
accused.
Fresh summons be issued in terms of the last order through all modes upon
filing of PF within 15 days. Complainant is at liberty to get the service of the summons done
at his end also through all permissible modes. Dasti summons allowed.
Complainant is directed to file an alternate address/ physically verify the
existing address and file an appropriate affidavit in that regard within 15 days.
Put up for report/appearance of accused and further proceedings on
12.09.2024.
