Vide order dated 15.02.2024 the complainant was directed to file the alternate
address / physically verify the existing address of the proposed accused and file an
appropriate affidavit in that regard . However, despite several opportunities, the said order
has not been complied with by the complainant. In my considered opinion, sufficient
opportunities have already been granted to the complainant to file the alternate address /
physically verify the existing address and file an appropriate affidavit in that regard in the
present matter.
Since this is a complaint case, it is the duty of the complainant to prosecute the
complaint diligently and as per law. It appears to the court that the complainant is not
interested in pursuing the present matter.
Accordingly, present matter stands dismissed for non prosecution on behalf of
complainant.
Original documents, if any be returned as per rules.
Since nothing else remains, file be consigned to Record Room after due compliance.
