Patiala House Court, New Delhi, present complaint has been received by way of
transfer to this court.
Present: None.
Despite repeated calls, none has appeared on behalf of complainant either
physically or through VC.
In the interest of justice, one last and final opportunity is being granted to
the complainant to pursue the present complaint diligently, lest the matter shall be
dismissed for non prosecution.
Let fresh BW in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- be issued against accused with one
surety of like amount through SHO concerned on filing of PF within 30 days.
