Ld. Counsel for the complainant submits that the present matter has been
compromised amicably between the parties and the complainant does not wish to proceed
with the matter against the accused and the complainant has received the full and final
payment towards the present case. He requests that he wishes to withdraw the present
matter. Submissions heard. Vakalatnama, in favour of the Ld. Counsel for the for the
complainant perused.
Separate statement of Sh. Mohd. Qamar Ansari, Ld. counsel for the
complainant recorded today, by way of pre- LokAdalat hearing.
In view of the above statement of Ld. Counsel for the complainant and
vakalatnama, on record, the present complaint case is hereby referred to the upcoming
National Lok Adalat on 09.03.2024.
Put up before this court for outcome of Lok Adalat/further proceedings on
11.03.2024.
