Ld. counsel for the complainant submits that inadvertently dasti summons could not
be collected and request for one more opportunity to collect the same and file the delivery
report by the NDOH. Heard and allowed subject to last and final opportunity.
Previous cost of Rs.500/- not deposited in DLSA, PHC, ND. Let further cost of
Rs.500/- be imposed on the complainant to be paid to the DLSA, PHC, NDD. Receipt of the
same be filed on the e-mail ID of the court.
In case steps are not taken matter shall be dismissed on NDOH.
Fresh summons be issued in terms of the last order through all modes upon filing
of PF within 15 days. Complainant is directed to get the service of the summons done at his
end also through all permissible modes. Dasti summons allowed.
Put up for report/appearance of accused and further proceedings on 24.11.2025.
PA is directed to do updation of the case and upload the order as per rules.
