File received by way of transfer from the Court of Ld. JMFC, NI Digital-01,
PHC, NDD, ND.
Perusal of record shows that the file is not complete and the previous order
sheets have not been annexed with the file.
Ahlmad concerned is directed to produce the complete file with order sheets
before this court on the NDOH.
The complainant is directed to assist the Ahlmad concerned with the
completion of records.
On the last date of hearing, BWs were issued against the accused.
Report has been received today qua both the accused stating that no such
person resides at the given address.
In view of the above, the complainant is directed to file fresh address of
accused, if any or file an affidavit qua the physical verification of the already given
address in terms of judgment of the Hon’ble Delhi High Court in HDFC v. Amit Kumar
2009 (160) DLT 478.
Put up for filing of fresh address of accused / affidavit verifying the address
of accused on 27.07.2026.
