Present: Sh. Arvind Jha, Ld. Counsel for complainant along with proposed AR.
Sh. Suresh Sisodia, Ld. Counsel for accused alongwith accused on VC.
Ld. Counsel has moved an application seeking substitution of AR for the
complainant company along with extract of meeting authorizing AR as well as fresh
evidence affidavit in the name of proposed AR Mr. Shantanu. Heard on the said
application. Record Perused.
Ld. Counsel submits that Sh. Ankit Sharma, previous AR for the
Complainant has been changed and now Sh. Shantanu be allowed to represent the
complainant company. Sh. Shantanu is so allowed to represent the complainant
company. Extract of meeting as well as fresh evidence affidavit is taken on record.
Accordingly, application is disposed off.
The matter is at the stage of CE.
CW-1 is present, examined and cross-examined.
Further cross-examination is deferred due to paucity of time.
Put up for further CE on 10.05.2024 at 02.00 PM.
Both the parties are directed to appear physically at PHC, New Delhi on
the NDOH.
PA is directed to upload the orders as per rules.
