Present: 	Sh. Arvind Jha, Ld. Counsel for the complainant along with AR.
Sh. Suresh Sisodia, Ld counsel for accused.
Accused is absent.
Oral exemption is sought on behalf of the accused. Same is allowed for today only.
An application for waiver of cost has been filed by the complainant. It is submitted that
on the LDOH, the AR could not appear on account of personal exigency. That his mother expire in
March 2025 and he had to travel to Jammu. Copy of the ticket and death certificate of mother of AR
has been filed.
In view of the submissions made by the complainant, application stands allowed and
cost of Rs. 1,000/- imposed upon the complainant stands waived off. Accordingly, application
disposed off.
Ld. Counsel for complainant submits that he has moved an application for substitution
of AR for the complainant along with authority letter on the email id of the Court. Heard on the said
application. Record Perused.
Ld. Counsel for complainant submits that Sh. Shantanu, previous AR for the
Complainant has been changed and now Sh. Sushil Watta be allowed to represent the complainant. Sh.
Sushil Watta is so allowed to represent the complainant. Authority letter is taken on record.
Accordingly, application is disposed off.
Inadvertently, copy of the evidence affidavit supplied to the erstwhile counsel for
accused. Let the copy be supplied to the accused / Ld counsel.
Relist the matter for CE on 08.07.2025.
