The Counsel for Complainant states at BAR that on
instructions he wants to withdraw the present complaint since it
has been filed erroneously before this court. The Counsel for the
Complainant has stated that the complainant does not maintain
any account within the jurisdiction of this court.

Statement of Ld. Counsel for complainant recorded
separately. In view of the statement of the Ld. Counsel for the
complainant, the present complaint stands disposed of as
withdrawn as prayed. File be consigned by Reader/Ahlmad to
RR as per rules. A printout of the order-sheets passed in the
present matter be taken by the Reader and be attached in the
original physical file for future reference, if any. Copy of this
order be also uploaded on Layers and CIS as per rules.
The original physical statement duly signed be
submitted with the Reader in the next three working days in a
sealed envelope for safe custody and preservation with the
physical record by the Ahlmad.
