Ld. counsel for the accused submits that he is newly engaged in the present matter and
has filed his vakalatnama . Same betaken on record.
Accused is directed to file personal bonds and surety bonds in sum of Rs.40,000/-
each. Surety to appear on the NDOH.
An oral exemption is sought on behalf of the accused for today. Heard and allowed.
However, no exemtpion shall be granted on NDOH. Accused is strictly directed to appear
on next date of hearing failing which an adverse view shall be taken.
Ld. counsel for the accused further submits that he has not received copy of
complaint and annexed documents.
