At this stage, Sh Aditya Trehan, Ld. Counsel for
accused has appeared through VC.
Ld. Counsel for the proposed accused has drawn the
attention of the court to ordersheet dt. 04.04.25 in terms of which
notice was issued to the proposed accused. It appears that
inadvertently on 16.07.25 the matter was recorded to be listed for
report on summons, when in fact it was listed for report on notice
to proposed accused.
B/Ws inadvertently issued on the LDOH are
accordingly cancelled.
The same stands rectified in as much as it appears to be
a technical error. The matter is still at the stage of cognizance.
Let a copy of the complaint be supplied to ld. Counsel

Now to come up for arguments at the stage of pre
cognizance, if any/ further proceedings on 26.02.26.
