None for accused.
Ld. counsel for the complainant has sent service proof as per which summons
is duly served upon the accused.
Matter has been taken up twice, however, no one has appeared on behalf of the
accused.
It is apparent that despite having knowledge of the summons, the accused is
deliberately avoiding his appearance before this court, therefore, issue BWs against the
accused in sum of Rs.20,000/- with one surety of like amount on filing of PF within 07 days
from today. The process be executed through SHO concerned.
Put up for report/appearance of accused and further proceedings on
09.05.2024.
PA is directed to do updation of the case and upload the order as per rules.

Ld. counsel for the accused undertakes to file his vakalatnama and bail bonds
during the course of the day. she submits that due to personal difficulty, accused could not
appear. At oral request, exemption is granted for today only.

Accused is directed to file personal bonds and surety bonds in sum of
Rs.40,000/- each. Surety to appear on the NDOH.
Since the present offence is bailable in nature, the accused is admitted to bail
subject to furnishing of personal bonds.
Ld. counsel for the accused further submits that he has not received copy of
complaint and annexed documents.
Ld. counsel for the complainant is directed to do the needful today.
In view of the changed circumstances, above order for issuance of BWs stands
cancelled.
Put up for further proceedings on the date already fixed i.e. 09.05.2024.
PA is directed to do updation of the case and upload the order as per rules.
